How can I pay my rent and how often is it due?
Our Finance Department will supply you with a Standing Order Form. This must be completed and supplied to our office prior to lease and associated paperwork signing. Rent is collected every month from out tenants, unless otherwise agreed.
What happens if I am late paying my rent?
You will be issued with a late payment charge. If you believe for any reason that our Finance Team will not receive your rent you must inform us in writing in advance with an explanation.
What happens when my lease expires?
You will be placed on a rolling contract and you must notify our office in writing if you plan to leave - 6 weeks prior to moving out.
How do I cancel a Standing Order?
A Standing Order Mandate is not a direct Debit. This means that you must cancel your payment – Be Central has no control over this.
If I rent a property will it be fully furnished?
Here at Be Central we offer a range of properties, a number are not initially furnished and this is clearly reflected in the price. We understand the need for our customers to create an immediate lifestyle therefore we are offering a unique furnished option for each apartment at a fixed low rate cost.
I am unsure about elements of my agreement, where should I look?
For any issues regarding you agreement please read your lease. If you are still unsure please contact our office for further information or liaise with a solicitor.
