Be Central acknowledges the responsibility for servicing the demands of both our external and internal customers. Our client care is concentrated into two distinct areas:

Maintenance Care
If you or your tenant has an issue within your property, we have a dedicated department that will attend to all repair and maintenance issues. It may be an issue we can resolve via a quick phone call, or perhaps a visit from our handyman will fix the problem. No matter how trivial we are here to help.
Financial and Administrative Care
We understand that all any landlord wants is continuity and stability regarding payment. We strive to make sure all landlords and investors are paid the same time each month. If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact us and we will resolve any issues you may have. If you are a tenant our office is always open, our friendly team are at hand to assist.
