About Us

Be Central was the brainchild of Scottish Property Professional Graeme McEwan. Having previously worked at senior management level for the UK’s No.1 specialist in private rented housing, Graeme wanted to approach the market with a fresh concept. As a result, Be Central was born.

Our service was originally developed to meet the needs of large investors. We identified the unique needs of these clients and filled a niche in the marketplace. As the economic climate changed, so did Be Central. With few developers actively building we moved our focus into main stream rentals within existing properties. We now manage properties across the Central Belt and have not looked back.

Our main goal is to retain a high return on a landlord’s investment. We do this by ensuring management of a consistently high standard. Our business philosophy is developed around being innovative, creativity and passionate about providing clients with a service they rightly demand. The private rented sector is poised for dramatic growth and Be Central is ready to cope with this demand!
